What is a Green Card?

Green Card also refers to an Immigration process of becoming a Permanent Resident. An individual with a Green Card has the right to live and work permanently in the United States.

If you are a U.S. Permanent Residential Card (Green Card) who finds yourself in need, you may consider applying for public benefits.

  • Rights to live and work in the U.S. on a permanent basis;
  • You can exit and re-enter without the need for a visa;
  • Can petition for the spouse or child for a visa;
  • Eligible to work legally without the need for a sponsor;
